Kristi Joy's foundational training is in Healing Touch, and she has been a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) since 2000. She is also a Certified Instructor for Level 1 of Healing Touch. HTCPs complete five course levels as well as a rigorous certification process including 100 documented sessions, a case study and a year-long mentorship process. The Healing Touch Program is the only energy medicine program to hold two accreditations:  the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
