What is Energy Healing?

Energy Healing uses light or off-body touch to clear, open and balance the human energy system allowing the person to more easily move in the direction of health and well-being. Healing can occur on any and all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Kristi uses a blend of several modalities including Healing Touch, Chi Kung Healing and Hara Work.

What is the human energy system?

The human energy system is made up of several different aspects including the chakras, energy field, meridians, and the Hara. It is influenced by our environment, our experiences, and our thoughts and beliefs. Consticted, imbalanced and diminished flows in any of these aspects can lead to dis-ease in one or more levels of being - body, mind, emotions or spirit.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions needed depends on the presenting issue, but often people feel some improvement after one to three sessions. Kristi works in partnership with her clients by setting mutual healing goals, offering "homework" to support their healing process, and referring to other practitioners as needed. Packages are available and recommended to get the most out of the process.

What is a session like?

In an Energy Medicine session Kristi will assess many aspects of your energy system including the Hara (the highest vibrational aspect of the energy system where stuck emotions, trauma and karmic patterns can be found and healed), the chakras, the energy field, major organs and some aspects of the meridian system. Based on that assessment, along with the stated healing goal/intention, and guided by intuition, Kristi uses light touch on or above the body to clear, balance and strengthen the energy system, facilitating healing of body, mind and spirit. Clients experiences vary, however, most people experience a deep relaxation which is the state in which healing can take place. Other common experiences include insight into the presenting issue, decreased pain/symptoms, and a sense of greater peace and well-being.

What is the cost?

Initial sessions and Hara work (trauma release) are 90 minutes and the fee is $110. 60 minute sessions are $85. Packages are available - please contact Kristi for details.
